UK Delivery

FREE Standard UK delivery on orders over £45.

We offer free signed for delivery on UK orders over £45 (2nd class, approximately 2-5 working days).

If you need it more urgently:

  • 1st class, signed for delivery £5.00 (Approximately 1-3 working days)
  • Next working day Royal Mail Special Delivery £8.00 (please order by 11am)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (OUTSIDE OF THE UK)

FREE International Delivery on orders over £180.

We offer free trackable, insured and signed for delivery service for all International orders over £180 (see timing for EU and USA below and will indicate approximate delivery timing on other locations when sending).

If the order is under £180 then the cost of postage is:

  • Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, Europe £12.00 (Approximately 3 – 5 working days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, USA £14.00 (Approximately 5 – 7 working days)
  • If delivery is needed more urgently or to countries outside the EU and USA, please get in touch with us for shipping costs and timing at info@shakarajewellery.com

Any duties that may be payable upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the person receiving the item.

Returns and exchanges

We hope that you will be happy with your Shakara Jewellery purchase.

The quality and condition of all items are meticulously checked before being sent out.  However; upon receipt of the item(s) and if for any reason you are not happy and would like to return the item for a refund or exchange (which can include a gift receipt, if requested), please note further information below and get in touch via returns@shakarajewellery.com where we will instruct how to proceed.

Please ensure you receive a reply from us and note instructions below before posting an item back to us.

Note the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons and
  • Any sale items.

Any returned items must be unused, in their original condition and with original packaging together with additional details on the form that was provided with the order, see below.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us and so for your own protection, we recommend that you return the items via Royal Mail registered delivery or other ‘signed for’ service and you should also obtain and send us proof of postage and/or tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

If you are returning an item to us for refund or exchange, then the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility other than items that we deemed were faulty when sent. Jewellery sent back to us will be assessed by our expert team.  Please be advised that jewellery showing intentional damage or evidence that the care instructions were not followed may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

After you’ve received a reply from returns@shakarajewellery.com you will be instructed to provide proof of purchase (either original order form or name, order number, telephone number, email address and other information associated with the purchase).  Then arrange to send proof of purchase and the returned item(s) in all the original packaging to: Shakara, Arabella House, PO Box 1631, Beaconsfield, Bucks  HP9 9DX  United Kingdom

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt.  We will let you know when we have received your item and when the refund has been put through where in the interest of fraud prevention, the refund will be issued using the same method that was used to pay.

Our UK returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods. All items must arrive within this time frame.

Our international returns period is 21 days from when you receive the goods. All items must arrive with us within this time frame. Please make sure you get proof of postage to send to us to track and we recommend insuring your item.
